Small to medium sized Rolls workshop
This workshop contain three separated machining lines in an area of 3000 square meters. All parts including light rolls, bushes, and rings up to 5 tons are processed in this unit. This unit has been equipped with more than 30 machines and devices including manual and CNC lathe, milling, vertical lathe, boring, radial drilling, and grinding machines.
Manufacturing of rings up to 3400 mm in diameter and length of 2000 mm together with accuracy of 0.01 mm is small part of capabilities of it. In this unit, rolls are being processed in various stages including roughing, finishing, grinding, coupling, and drilling.
